GEORGIAN TOWN HOUSE
This project was undertaken in 2005. The property was previously used as offices and consisted of blank walls and old carpets.

A kitchen was fitted with marble floors, reclaimed wooden boards were reinstated in the living room and dining room. Perfect-Edge was responsible for all stages of the development.

Heated floor elements were installed under the marble. The central kitchen unit is counter balanced with an immediacy accessible dinning area.

Kitchen units were created from antiques to avoid a fitted kitchen feel.

Floor boards were lifted from one room, sanded and reinstated in other rooms. They were given 5 coats of varnish to ensure durability.

All the plumbing for the wet room and kitchen was installed by Perfect-Edge. Scaffold had to be erected at the back of the building to make this possible.
